Film scoring is generally thought of as being a highly skilled profession, requiring many years of study and practice. A film scoring course of study has therefore not been available until now, outside a few colleges and universities and a few other higher education institutions. Rami Goren has worked for many years on developing a highly specialized educational program, designed to make the study and training of film scoring possible for younger students with lower skill level.

The program utilizes a new educational methodology and takes advantage of a new set of computer technologies, which together help in bringing this art form to children and young adults. Only highly motivated students are accepted for this course, as it is demanding on both students and teacher.
